The sights and sounds of history came to life this past weekend in Durango as a cadre of dedicated Museum donors climbed aboard for a special excursion over the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad (D&SNGRR), pulled by the Colorado Railroad Museum’s iconic Rio Grande Southern (RGS) steam locomotive No. 20.
