POV- decorating your house together makes you fall more in love 💗 We have been slowly making over our living room over the years. I don’t like to fully rip this room up for long because we really do live in it! 🏡 In 2026 I have big plans for this room! A statement ceiling. New light fixture. Drapes hung higher. More color! 🌈 Even though there’s lots I want to do in here, I love this room! It’s been so fun making it over with my husband. We work together and then get to enjoy the space. 🎀 Wha

Here’s a slow(er) tour of my house at Christmas! This is 7 years of slowly doing one or two new projects a year. My house was in Better Homes and Gardens for the holidays one year so I really went all out then. But it’s taken awhile to get here. We have a small basement and have storage there for the decor. It’s a little overwhelming to put up and take down every year. I know this level of decor isn’t for everyone, but I love it! And I hope something in here inspires you 🎄💗 | At Home with Ashl
