Almost twenty three years after the Omagh bomb, a judge has ruled there needs to be an investigation into plausible allegations it could have been prevented. Twenty nine people - including a woman pregnant with twins - died in the Real IRA bombing in 1998. Over two hundred people were injured - it was the biggest single atrocity in the history of the Troubles - and happened just months after the signing of the Good Friday agreement.
