Do you do this side shuffle exercise as part of your workout? I am a big fan of this exercise and working on the lateral muscles. But, for some people that open and close leg position feels vulnerable. Maybe you’re afraid of bladder leakage. Maybe it feels like your pelvis isn’t supported.
