*Texas DPS Chase* Texas Department of Public Safety were involved in a pursuit on Friday the 13th in San Antonio Texas which was captured by a news helicopter (WOAI), footage of which is attached hereto. This incident happened in San Antonio after DPS troopers attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The criminal in a black Dodge Charger fled attempted to evade the troopers, but Texas doesn't play. The troopers stayed on him and the subject eventually wrecked into another vehicle as he ignored traf
