I do arms at the start of my upper since they’re a weak point. Currently I’m dealing with some elbow pain (I’m thinking tendinitis) so I’m forced to skip triceps for now sadly. It should be only a week or 2 before I begin progressive strengthening on elbow extension movements. Otherwise, I’d be doing 2 sets of single arm tricep extensions with a D handle.
