I believe 6 guys in this race all ran under 10 seconds. • The 1991 World Championships in Tokyo when Carl Lewis broke the 100 meter world record in 9.86. For Carl to run 9.86 with one of the worst starts I’ve ever seen in a race was beyond amazing.
