Rest rough on a Milltronics VM4222IL. The first tool is a ½” Diameter End Mill, in this program we mill the profile and use the Chip Boss option to rough out the pocket, each corner radius is .1875”. The ½” tool is too large to mill out that small of a radius. Tool 2 is a ¼” Diameter End Mill, this tool uses the Rest Rough option to machine each radius to size.
