Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) today signed a Terms of Collaboration (TOC) today relating to areas of anti-money laundering, countering financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) and targeted financial sanctions (TFS).
