2:30 Radar Update The Hudson Valley continues to be the focal point for the western edge of the snow from this nor'easter. The surface low pressure east of Cape Cod continues to throw abundant moisture into New England, and Eastern NY. The back edge of the snow is rotating into the Hudson Valley, and falling at a moderate to heavy rate.
