Dec 17, 2024 · We were having the same issue the last couple days. We could not open the Spotify Web Player, nor our Spotify Account Page for our subscription. I recently had a router firmware update that reset my DNS servers on the router to 'use ISP DNS servers'. I personally like using Cloudflare DNS servers.
