An ambiguous Supreme Court ruling may have invited the Trump administration to refuse to try to return the illegally deported Maryland father.

The Supreme Court has ordered the Federal Government to facilitate the return of Salvadoran national Kilmar Abrego Garcia, of Maryland, back to the United States after he was unlawfully deported.

The government claims he’s a member of the MS-13 gang, which his wife and attorney deny, and deported him to El Salvador despite a judge’s 2019 order barring him from being sent there.
