Saturday at Northwestern it was more of the same as UW defeated the Wildcats, 23-3, in front of a sellout crowd at Martin Stadium. The victory raised Wisconsin’s record to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the Big Ten.

It wasn't as pretty as their last two blowout wins over Purdue and Rutgers, but Wisconsin was able to extend its winning streak to three with a 23-3 win.

Wisconsin rose above an early slog to secure a 23-3 victory, taking control just before halftime for the Badgers’ third consecutive win. In the process, Wisconsin avenged a loss to Northwestern a year ago in one of its worst performances of the season.
