Some Brazilian users have regained access to X despite a nationwide ban put in place by the country’s Supreme Court.

Elon Musk's social media platform X, formerly Twitter, temporarily bypassed a ban in Brazil by using IP addresses shared with other services, though the access was later deemed "inadvertent and temporary.

Some X users in Brazil have said they can once again access the social media website, the BBC has learned. This comes after the platform, formerly known as Twitter, was banned in the country on 31 August.
