Concerns about California’s SB 1391 raised after jury verdict in Santa Cruz rape and murder case
Adrian Gonzalez kidnapped, raped and killed an 8-year-old girl in 2015. He has remained in the juvenile justice system since and was slated to be released on his 25th birthday.
