Springfield Township Police Department arrested a 23-year-old man who was charged with first-degree murder and second degree assault in connection to the murder of Brian Cofer.

Terrance Williams is accused of killing a man and assaulting another back on Oct. 27. Christian Ruben Diaz-Sauceda is alleged to have been complicit in the assault.
