The public has the right to walk on even private beaches on the wet sand below high tide in most coastal states – but not in Massachusetts.

The Plymouth History Center is hosting a Story Time series 10-10:30 a.m. Tuesdays, July 8 through Aug. 26 at Plymouth Old Town Hall, 3605 Fernbrook Lane N.
