Tom Welling, best known for his portrayal of a young Superman on the TV series “Smallville,” was taken into custody in Yreka, California, for a DUI.

"Smallville" actor Tom Welling was arrested for DUI and having a blood alcohol level that exceeded the legal limit of 0.08% in California on Sunday.

The Smallville alum, 47, was reportedly taken into custody in an Arby’s parking lot in Yreka, California, shortly after midnight on Monday, January 27, according to TMZ, the first to report the news.
