Paramount Pictures is teasing a remake of the 1987 film "The Running Man," starring Glen Powell and arriving in theaters Nov. 7.

The first trailer for the upcoming thriller, based on Stephen King' s 1982 novel of the same name, shows Powell as protagonist Ben Richards, a man who participates in a game show where "runner" contestants must escape death from professional killers for a giant cash prize.

Following his turns in "Hit Man," "Anyone but You" and “Twisters,” Glen Powell is flexing his movie star chops as the lead of Edgar Wright's remake of "The Running Man." Based on the the 1982 novel by Stephen King (which was then turned into a 1987 film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger),
