Chincoteague Beach, all of its beach parking and the Tom's Cove Visitor's Center are all closed until further notice after extensive damage from Hurricane Erin storm and tidal surge.

The Hurricane is expected to move across the Atlantic towards the UK where it will “go through its extra tropical transition”, explained a meteorologist.
