North Las Vegas police are searching for an armed and "extremely dangerous" teen accused of shooting and killing a man.

A 16-year-old has been named as the suspect in the shooting death of a man in North Las Vegas, police said Tuesday. The North Las Vegas Police Department said in a news release that Arnaz Jones was identified as the suspect in the fatal shooting of a man Sunday morning in an apartment near the intersection of Centennial Parkway and Pecos Road.

The boy was booked into the Clark County Juvenile Hall on charges of assault with a deadly weapon and open murder, police said.
