INDIANAPOLIS — Darius Garland paused for 17 seconds when asked postgame why the Cleveland Cavaliers didn’t come out with enough force and match the Indiana Pacers’ physicality in Game 4.

The Cavs are down 3-1 and battling injuries, but Darius Garland’s belief in a comeback is keeping hope alive in Cleveland.

“Y’all don’t understand what I’m going through,” Garland said, per Joe Vardon of The Athletic. “I mean, everybody has their opinion. I’m going out there and playing basketball. Everybody has their nicks and bruises around this time. So, going out and trying to win the series."
