The Army has released the name of the third soldier who died Wednesday when an Army helicopter collided with an American Airlines jet near the D.C. airport. Cpt.

Ryan Austin O’Hara of Lilburn, Georgia has died as well as 39-year-old Chief Warrant Officer 2 Andrew Loyd Eaves of Great Mills, Maryland whose remains have yet to be recovered. A third soldier’s name is currently being withheld at the request of the family.

An American Airlines plane carrying 60 passengers and four crew members collided with an Army Black Hawk helicopter outside Reagan National Airport near Washington, D.C. Wednesday night. A D.C. fire official said Thursday that “we don't think there are any survivors from this accident" and "we are switching from a rescue operation to a recovery operation.
