PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- When the Steelers take the field at Acrisure Stadium on Monday night, they will be wearing their alternate color rush uniforms that are decked out in black and gold. The Steelers are set to host the New York Giants on Monday and will be Pittsburgh's third straight home game that's played at night.

Teams are allowed to wear alternate uniforms up to three times per season and can have two different alternate uniforms. For the Steelers, those two are their color rush uniforms and the block jersey throwbacks that honor their 1970s teams.

Another week, another game with the Pittsburgh Steelers wearing fan-favorite uniforms. Per a team announcement, the Steelers will be donning their color rush uniforms against the New York Giants for Week 8’s Monday Night Football.
