Match Day, held each March, is the moment when graduating medical school students across the country learn where — and in which specialty — they will complete their residency training for the next three to seven years.

This year, 33% of Mayo Clinic's graduating medical school class learned that they will stay at Mayo in Minnesota, Florida or Arizona for residency, the next step in their training.

Students from Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine will learn the next steps in their residency training in a Match Day ceremony today.
