The wrestling franchise’s flagship show, Raw, streamed live from the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California, with 18,000 fans in attendance to mark the start of a new era. The celebratory event saw the return of WWE legends such as The Rock, The Undertaker, John Cena, and, most controversially, Hulk Hogan.

Hulk Hogan made a rare WWE appearance for the first Raw on Netflix but fans didn’t sound happy to see him. The 71-year-old Hall of Famer, who backed Donald Trump during his recent presidential campaign, came out to his iconic Real American entrance music with longtime on-screen manager Jimmy Hart.

When you want an example of someone who gained and maintained their success primarily because of their time as a wrestler, the prime example is still Hulk Hogan. It’s hard to contemporize just how popular Hogan was.

Hulk Hogan, who helped pro wrestling reach new heights of popularity, was booed out of the building on "Monday Night Raw."

Hulk Hogan was reportedly "instantly disappointed" to be booed by WWE fans. The 71-year-old Hall of Famer, whose real name is Terry Bollea, made a return for Monday's (06.01.25) first live episode of 'WWE Raw' on Netflix but was met with jeers from the live crowd in Los Angeles as he talked about his wrestling legacy and pulled his Real American Beer.

At the WWE Raw on Netflix debut last week, Hulk Hogan was received with a lot of boos from the crowd. He came out with long-time manager Jimmy Hart, but they were booed throughout the segment as he promoted the new partnership between WWE and his “Real American Beer” brand.
