WASHINGTON, DC – The Trump Administration’s newly sworn-in attorney general, Pam Bondi, has put three states including Minnesota “on notice” to comply with the federal anti-discrimination laws that require them to keep boys out of women’s sports, or face legal action.
The document, addressed to Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellision and Erich Martens, executive director of the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSH), warns of legal consequences for failing to comply with President Donald Trump’s recent executive orders on transgender athletes.
