Kid Rock, a longtime supporter of President Donald Trump, attempted to flirt with a BBC interviewer while discussing the Monday inauguration.
Kid Rock, who has been outspoken about his conservative views , was referring to his performance at the 2009 Youth Inaugural Ball , held after Barack Obama ’s first swearing-in. Kanye West and Fall Out Boy were among the other music acts at that event.
Trump called Kid Rock after his appearance on Fox & Friends, where he shared that he had to run aspects of his performance by the Secret Service. He said the Secret Service told him he was prohibited from having fireworks or “girls on poles” on stage. Sure enough, shortly after that, Trump called Kid Rock to see if that was true.
