A federal grand jury in Puerto Rico has indicted a St. Peters woman on an arson charge after she allegedly set fire to several properties during a stay there earlier in January.

Authorities accused the woman of fleeing Puerto Rico after the Jan. 2 fire that left four businesses inoperable.
