Carbon monoxide (CO) is an odorless, colorless gas that kills without warning. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, more than 400 people die from CO poisoning every year.

The 25-year deal would enable Chestnut Carbon to reforest 60,000 acres of land across Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas.
