When 44-year-old quarterback Philip Rivers came out of retirement this week to join the Indianapolis Colts, ESPN's Brooke Pryor asked Rodgers for his reaction to the move. What emerged was the clear plan in Rodgers' head for when he eventually makes his own retirement decision.
