On Friday, a judge partially granted a limited restraining order for King Soopers against the union representing striking workers in Colorado.

Denver District Court Judge Sarah Wallace approved King Soopers' request on Friday for a restraining order during the course of the strike. During the 2022 strike against King Soopers, a judge also approved a restraining order against strikers.

King Soopers is seeking a temporary restraining order against workers and has filed a lawsuit alleging the union of colluding with other union locals to engage in unlawful “multi-union bargaining”
