UConn power forward Tarris Reed Jr. is expected to miss Tuesday's exhibition game against Michigan State. Reed is reportedly sidelined due to a hamstring injury. The game is the final preseason exhibition for Michigan State.

The Gamecocks did lose an exciting and athletic player in MiLaysia Fulwiley, but that turned into a win for the LSU Tigers. Kim Mulkey is a master at the transfer portal, so in addition to Fulwiley, the Tigers also got a strong post player in Notre Dame's Kate Koval.

Quarterback Joe Fagnano is closing on 10,000 career yards passing. Fagnano has completed 324-of-515 passes over his career at UConn and Maine. He is 260 yards away from hitting the 10,000 yard mark. He has tossed 84 career touchdowns with just 17 career interceptions.
