Electric Boat's progress in building the Utah submarine was celebrated in a christening ceremony last Saturday at the company's shipyard in Groton. The Utah comprises the 28th vessel in the Virginia class of fast-attack submarines, and it will be the 14th boat in the class delivered by Electric Boat.
