Matt Rhule and the Nebraska Cornhuskers are out to take back forward momentum as they return to Lincoln for a Saturday clash with Northwestern.

The Minnesota football program takes on the Nebraska Cornhuskers (5-1, 2-1) in week eight action at Huntington Bank Stadium on Friday night. Kickoff is scheduled for just after 7:00 p.m. with the game televised nationally on FOX.

Nebraska returned home to face Northwestern in a Saturday morning clash. The Huskers came off a loss, while the Wildcats held a four-game win streak.

Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule checks all of the boxes in the eyes of many as the perfect replacement. Rhule played linebacker at Penn State in the 1994-97 seasons, and then immediately joined the team as a volunteer assistant once his playing days were done.
