The Detroit Lions are a team looking to rebound quickly after losing a disappointing contest to the Minnesota Vikings. Dan Campbell, speaking to reporters on Monday afternoon, following the team's 27-24 loss, expressed the sky is not falling and the roster will do whatever it takes to weather the current storm.
Christian Mahogany's leg whipped off that of Vikings defensive lineman Jalen Redmond and he immediately went to the turf.
Detroit’s five-game winning streak against the Vikings was snapped in the process. The Lions entered as heavy favorites, but a sleepy, sloppy showing doomed them for most of the day.
The Lions (5-2, second in NFC North) have a matchup with the Minnesota Vikings (3-4, fourth in NFC North) on Sunday, Nov. 2 at Ford Field in Detroit. The game will kick at 1 p.m. ET and will be televised on Fox.
