Both sides of the ball were working well in Week 8, and the Panthers really had no answers at all.

While taunting penalties do not automatically carry fines from the NFL, the league will likely review Rice’s behavior. The Chiefs star will now need to wait for a decision from the NFL on whether or not he will receive any form of punishment for his actions.
