R&B singer and session musician Jim Gilstrap, who can be heard on the theme song for 1970s sitcom Good Times and Stevie Wonder’s “You Are The Sunshine Of My Life” among many others, has died.

James “Jim” Gilstrap, the sonorous tenor heard on classics such as Stevie Wonder’s “You Are the Sunshine of My Life” and as the co-lead on the television series theme song Good Times, has died.
