A mere 12,961 cases out of nearly 1.07 lakh cases were resolved in the first national Lok Adalat of this year, held at Indore district court on Saturday reflecting a disposal rate of only 12.14%.

The court also imposed a fine of ₹32,000 on the former MLA who is already in Ambedkar Nagar jail in connection with a land grabbing case. Additional district judge Parvind Kumar passed the order.
