The College Football Playoffs don't start for more than a month, but for two-loss SEC teams like Texas, Oklahoma and Tennessee, they essentially start on Saturday.

LSU football was leading a top-5 team in No. 3 Texas A&M and most of the early boos morphed into cheers as the Tigers headed toward to locker room.

The win is the first for Texas A&M in Baton Rouge since 1994, and snaps a streak of eight straight wins for the home team in this series.
