A man who threw a sandwich at a border agent in Washington DC has been fired by the US attorney general after being identified as a justice department employee.

Sean Dunn was fired from the Department of Justice after video appeared to show him hurling a deli sandwich at an officer.

Sean Charles Dunn is charged with felony assault by the Department of Justice, with U.S. District Court documents obtained by WUSA9 confirming that the man had been arrested and allegedly confessed to serving the agent a meal he didn't order, tossing the sub at the agent's chest.
