Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy has responded to Troy Aikman's comments that the Dallas wide receivers are 'lazy.' McCarthy spoke to the media and said that Aikman's comments 'don't carry any weight' with him.

Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy said Monday he disagreed with Hall of Fame quarterback Troy Aikman’s description of his receivers running terrible routes and being lazy coming off the line of scrimmage. McCarthy was answering a question about criticism the Cowboys have received for their poor play,

“They don’t carry any weight with me, because I watch all the tape,” McCarthy said during a Monday news conference. “I get to go to the meetings. I’m at practice. I’m part of the games. So I have a clear understanding of what and where.
