A Kolkata man went down on one knee to propose to his girlfriend during a Shreya Ghoshal concert in the city on Saturday night.

Shreya Ghoshal performed in Kolkata on October 19 as a part of her All Hearts Tour. At the concert, a fan proposed to his girlfriend in public and later, Shreya dedicated a song to them. A video was shared on X (formerly known as Twitter) which is crazy viral.

Singer Shreya Ghoshal was left surprised by a couple who decided to get engaged at her concert in Kolkata last weekend. The entire incident was captured on a video which is now going viral on social media.

Come November, and the attention of chess fans in the country will turn towards Kolkata, where members of India’s double gold medallist teams from the Chess Olympiad — along with world no. 1 Magnus Carlsen — will be in the fray for the sixth Tata Steel Chess India.

It will be Magnus Carlsen's second appearance in the tournament. He had earlier participated in 2019 and had gone on to clinch the title.

This is the second time that the five-time world champion Magnus Carlsen will be in action at the Kolkata tournament after winning the event in 2019.
