On Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a freeze warning valid for Thursday between 2 a.m. and 8 a.m. for Coffee, Dale, Henry, Geneva and Houston counties.

Northeast and north-central Florida counties, including Suwannee, Baker, Nassau, Union, Bradford, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Alachua, Clay, Columbia, and Duval, are under freeze warnings and cold weather advisories. These regions are bracing for temperatures as low as 29 degrees early Wednesday morning.

Henry County is under a freeze warning as temperatures continue dropping throughout the Wiregrass. The warning is in effect until 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The National Weather Service says temperatures could drop as low as 24 degrees in Henry County,
