A man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 28-year-old in Pleasant Grove. Alejandro Lopez was shot and later found by police in the 10200 block of Budtime Lane around 5:10 p.m. Thursday, according to Dallas police. Lopez was taken to a hospital where he died.
