A strong thunderstorm rolled into metro Denver on Thursday afternoon and was expected to bring wind gusts up to 60 mph, according to the National Weather Service.

Get ready for a lot of sun on Monday with a chance of severe storms for the Denver metro area and Eastern Colorado.

Here comes another round of afternoon and evening thunderstorms on Monday and a few could be strong to severe, particularly east of the Front Range.
