Reese suffered a fracture in her left wrist last season and missed the final six games. She returned to play in the Unrivaled three-on-three league this year, but missed the end of that season as well after hurting her wrist again when another player hit it going for a rebound.

BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Former LSU star Angel Reese’s homecoming in the Chicago Sky’s WNBA exhibition opener was a smashing success. Reese had 15 points and 10 rebounds, helping the Sky to a rousing 89-62 victory over the Brazilian national team on Friday night at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

While Reese had a busy offseason doing her podcast and catering to her brand deals, much of her break was still spent playing. The Sky star suited up for Rose BC in the inaugural season of Unrivaled—the 3-on-3 league founded by Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier.
