Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) suggested “imbalanced” people are reading “hateful rhetoric” that is making them violent. Klobuchar appeared Monday on MSNBC’s Morning Joe after Democratic Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband were fatally shot.
