Former couple Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are taking drastic action to try to offload their marital mansion, slashing a staggering $8 million off the original $68 million asking price in a move that could well see the duo taking a huge financial loss on the home.

The 38,000-square-foot estate was first listed by the former couple in July 2024, one month before Jennifer Lopez officially filed for divorce from Ben Affleck after two years of marriage.
