The boat ride was nice. My suggestion: the windows need to be cleaned. Many were inside as it was chilly. You could hardly see out the windows. The boats need to be cleaned up.Full review by TFordGirl

If you haven't purchased tickets than 1 hour before is advisable Id call and make sure its not sold out it wasn't but hate for you to come over and find its all booked they also run boat trips out of Clayton.and I thought Ontario but not sure which town it was.Don't expect much from Alexandria Bay downtown. not much going on riley by the River had good food but other than that its run down Clayton has a larger downtown and its much nicer. They have a awesome boat museum in Clayton that shouldn't be missed! Wood Boat Brewery is across the street. Nice place to hang out.
There is a ramp to board the boat by wheelchair. But disabled person would need to stay on that same level there is no way for a wheelchair person to get to other levels of the boat.

We saw popcorn, chips and soft pretzels, but the line was unbelievable. Honestly people who were at the back of the line were served 2 hours into tour. We took our own picnic lunch including drinks. We sat at a nice table and had no issues.
